How It Works

Understanding AI Suggested Labels

Once enabled, Zenhub’s AI Suggested Labels automatically scans the title of your Jira issues and suggests relevant labels based on the text.

  1. Create or Edit an Issue: When you create or edit an issue in your Jira project, Zenhub’s AI Suggested Labels will immediately analyze the title as you type and suggest labels accordingly.
  2. Receive Label Suggestions: Zenhub’s AI Suggested Labels will generate up to three label suggestions that are most relevant to the content.
  3. Apply Labels: On the Create Issue page, suggested labels are automatically assigned to the label field. On the Edit Issue page, you can choose to accept any or all of the suggested labels, giving you full control over which labels are applied.
  4. Refresh Suggested Labels: If the issue's title is changed, Zenhub’s AI will automatically suggest new relevant labels on the Create Issue page. On the Edit Issue page, you can click "Refresh" to update the suggested labels, ensuring they accurately reflect the current content.

[NOTE]: Suggested labels do not overwrite any labels you have manually added, nor do they suggest labels that you have manually removed from the issue.
