AI Sprint Review

Overview

Zenhub's AI Sprint Review is a powerful tool designed to make your Sprint Review process quick and efficient. Instead of spending valuable time on manual reviews, you can now get instant results.

Generating Sprint Summary
To use AI Sprint Review:

  1. Go to the "Reports" section in the left sidebar.
  2. Select "Sprint Review" from the dropdown menu.

Scheduled Sprint Reviews will be generated automatically on a set schedule for you and shown when they are ready. If a Sprint Review has already been generated, you can regenerate the entire Sprint Review once per day. Please note that the options for "Rephrase," "Make it shorter," or "Make it longer" apply only to the description section.

Manual Editing of Sprint Review

You have the option to manually edit the AI-generated Sprint review, including the summary and the organization of issues into groups. However, please keep in mind the following:

  • Editing the summary or adding/removing issues from groups will disable scheduled Sprint generation for this Sprint Review sprint.
  • You can manually edit the summary in your own words and make it more tailored to your needs.

Please note: Manual editing of the AI-generated Sprint review will stop the scheduled Sprint generation for this Sprint Review sprint.

Issue Summary

The AI Sprint Review organizes issues based on their context or theme. You can quickly find specific issues in these groups to streamline your workflow.

Each item in the Issue Summary has an icon indicating whether it's an issue or a pull request. If an issue or pull request is closed and added to the Sprint after its completion, it will be marked as "Completed after sprint ended."

Selecting a Sprint

To choose a different Sprint for review:

  1. Click the "Sprint" dropdown at the top of the page. The current Sprint, marked with a "Current" tag, will be automatically loaded by default.
  2. In the dropdown menu, you'll find two tabs: "Open Sprints" and "Closed Sprints."

The AI Sprint Review will generate a review as long as there are completed issues in the selected Sprint. If no review has been generated, you can generate one for the selected Sprint. Selecting issues from the board is an option for a Sprint that has no issues added to it.
