For folks who use GitHub and ZenHub for personal projects as well as professional, you may have two different GitHub/ZenHub access points. If you are a part of a team that is leveraging ZenHub's On Premise solution, you also have an organization specific browser extension URL that is unique to your organization.
Why don't I see my ZenHub tab?
ZenHub's On Premise solution offers a self hosted version of ZenHub Enterprise. This solution is managed and operated by an internal Admin within your organization. It also comes with a private ZenHub browser extension URL that is specific to your organization. If you are logged into GitHub but the ZenHub tab is not appearing you may have downloaded our public extension via the ZenHub website. This extension is for Cloud users and is not compatible with our On Premise version of ZenHub Enterprise.
If you think this may be the case please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with the correct browser extension URL for your organization.
