Check your connection
If your ZenHub Boards are not available, it could be related to:
- Firewall settings blocking ZenHub access. If your firewall settings are too rigid, it could be blocking websockets from connecting. This will prevent the Board from loading, as web sockets are what generate real-time connections and updates.
- An issue with your connection or browser. Check to ensure your connection is stable and that you’re using a certified browser if your organization has security policies that prevent usage of non-certified browser versions.
- If using a VPN, and are using ZenHub Enterprise that you've successfully connected to the right network. Try restarting your VPN connection to ensure that there is no connectivity issues.
- You have the right history settings in Firefox. Firefox users should have their history settings turned to Remember history to use ZenHub.
