We've collected tips on how to save time with click or admin heavy workflows through shortcuts available throughout ZenHub features.
Create the same Milestone across all connected repos
If you've created a multi-repo task Board, ZenHub makes it easy to create a GitHub Milestone spanning several repositories. This eliminates the need to duplicate work or sync Milestones together. To get started, find the + beside the New Issue button on the ZenHub Board.
Currently, both Milestones must be exactly the same to merge together as one. Otherwise, they'll appear separately in your reports and task Boards. That means they must have the same:
- Start and end date
As long as the above two conditions are met, you can successfully merge Milestones before or after you connect task Boards.
Want Board real estate back? Customize what you see on Issue cards
Board view options give you the ability to fully customize what you want to see on Issue cards.
You can hide labels, Estimates, Milestones, Epic information, Releases, and Dependencies appearing on Issue cards. This allows you to remove information that might not be immediately relevant to you in order to maximize the number of Issues shown on the screen.

Show unlabeled Issues on the Board
Using the filter for Issues with no labels teams can easily understand what work still needs to be categorized and organized on the Board. This is helpful when planning, or organizing sprints to assign work and triage accordingly.
Use the not: function to omit types of Issues from your search
For filter combinations where you want to show all results with the exception of a handful of criteria types, use the not: function in any of our filters to omit that criteria from your search.
Rapid Workspace switcher
When using the ZenHub extension, since you can still get into a Workspace by navigation directly through a repository, the Workspace switcher allows for easy search of a GitHub repo to navigate Workspaces. Click the drop-down or press shift + z to toggle between repositories within your organization.
Move Issue button
Find the Move Issue button on the bottom-right corner of a GitHub Issue. By clicking this button, you can move an Issue and its comments into another repository. You'll have the option to close the Issue when it's moved, or simply to make a duplicate.
